Picking Up from Japan Post Office
Please inform the tracking number and show your passport at the airport post office for collection
Once the package is sent out, you will receive a Delivery Information email with its tracking number. You can also check the tracking number of your package from your My Page.
We recommend you choose airport post office as the pick up point only if you have plenty of time before the post offices close, in case the flight delays and etc.

Narita Airport Terminal 3
Terminal 3 has no post office. If you arrive at terminal 3, please choose the post office in terminal 2 as the pickup point so that you can collect the package there. Terminal 2 is just 5 minutes free shuttle bus ride from Terminal 3.

Haneda Airport
Haneda Airport has a post office in the domestic terminal 1. About 10 minutes free shuttle bus ride will get you there from the International Terminal.

To Receive Your Package at The Post Office

To receive your package, please tell the clerk the tracking number in the e-mail sent from us to you after your order is shipped. And you'll be asked at the post office to show your passport and to provide a signature for confirmation. If the name on the package and your passport name do not match, you can not receive your package.

At airports, hotels, post offices, and even at residences. We will deliver the rental item to almost wherever you'll be at, and you can pick it up.

  • Flat rate for every single order.

You can choose your Service Start Date (same as pickup Date) in the purchase form. Once you place an order you will not be able to change the Service Start Date.

After shipping, we will not provide refunds or cancel orders for any reason. Please tell us by 5 days before your Service Start Date. We ship out 4 days before your Service Start Date.
